PMG Selects Lamb as Director

Brenda Lamb has been hired as the Director of Phelps Medical Group. She joined PMG as a consultant in April and transitioned into this permanent role in July. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry by serving in leadership roles in critical access hospitals, rural health clinics, physician-owned practices, and corporate healthcare organizations.

Lamb’s journey in healthcare began in radiology, where she developed a passion for patient care and team development. Her experience was complemented by a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management and a master’s degree in human relations and business.

“My passion is ensuring people are able to maximize their abilities, which will directly impact the exceptional care they can give to the patient,” Lamb said. She said the amazing culture at Phelps Medical Group encouraged her to take the role.
