Pampered Soles Set to Shine Brighter in New Spacious Location
May 14, 2024
Longtime Phelps County business Pampered Soles Tanning and Spa will open in a new location this summer.
Pampered Soles owner Kris Shaver said she has outgrown her current location at 609 4th Avenue with additional services and service providers added over the past several years. She will move into the building formerly occupied by Stephanie’s at 309 West Avenue in June after renovations are complete on the building, which was purchased by Trent and Dawn Fuecker.
Pampered Soles celebrated its 20th anniversary in business in 2023.
PCDC is supporting this project with Business & Franchise Development Grants.
“The new location will give us almost three times the space of our current location,” Shaver said. “ Since the Stephanie’s building was a rectangle open concept, I was able to design the inside of the building to suit the needs of all our service providers. We will be able to offer many new services since our space will be so much larger.”
Shaver offers esthetic services including microneedling, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, lash lifts and tints, body waxing, ear piercing and body wraps, nail services and pedicures, spray tans, and two tanning beds with 24-hour access.
Moving along with her are massage therapists Grace (Monthey) Goodwin (Graceful Massage) and Brooke McNeil.
Other businesses moving into the new building are Tina’s Toes and More owned by Tina Seyler, who is currently attending school to become a licensed nail technician. Tina and Kris are also both certified in permanent jewelry, which is a new service offered by Pampered Soles.
Emily Keith, owner of Hair by Emily, will also join in the new building. She currently works at 4th Avenue Salon in the Johnson Building.
“I have designed the building to have a partial open concept and private rooms,” Shaver said. “I want my salon and spa to be a place you look forward to coming to and you never want to leave.”
Extensive renovations to the building are taking place this spring. Seven rooms including an additional public bathroom are being framed. New electrical and lighting are also being installed. A move-in date is expected in mid-June.
