INVITATION TO BID: Privacy Fence at Crew Subdivision

PCDC is requesting bids to build a privacy fence on the south boundary of the Crew Subdivision. A plat map of the subdivision can be downloaded by >>CLICKING HERE<<.

• 6 ft tall, approximately 1,030 ft long
• Must be constructed of low maintenance, long lasting material
• Must meet all local codes and ordinances
• McElhinny Builders will clear the trees in the area.

Bids are due to PCDC by 5:00pm Wednesday, June 30. Bids may be submitted in hard copy by mail or by email (Stacy@PhelpsCountyNE.com) and should include:

Company name

Contact person and contact info

Total price

Description and/or photos of proposed project

Estimated date to commence and complete the job
