PCDC Creates Rebranded Website to Attract New Business

The Phelps County Development Corporation has a new look.

In August, PCDC launched its new rebranded website that is designed to be more user friendly for potential site selectors, business owners and manufacturers looking to expand or relocate to Phelps County.

The site contains links to sites, buildings and land that is available for sale in the county plus statistics about the demographics and labor availability.

Current business owners and residents will find great tips and information in the website’s business support section, which contains educational information about growing a business plus resources about PCDC’s incentives, such as the low-interest gap-financing loans and the Legacy Loan program.

The website also contains information about relocating to the county and career incentives, such as the high-demand jobs scholarships and workforce training grants.

The site was designed by Golden Shovel Agency, a company that specializes in websites for economic development agencies.
