New Apartments in Holdrege
16 Oct 2017
Groundbreaking just took place on Washington Square Apartments in Holdrege. Located where the former Washington Elementary School was, the new complex represents a $2.25 million investment in the area that will pay off as new residents occupy the units. With the workforce growing in Phelps County, there has been an increased need for rental properties. These eighteen new townhomes will help to fill that need.
Additional development is likely to take place near the apartments which will have further economic benefits. When in the area, drive by 8th Ave and Morton St to check on the progress. You can also read more about it here.
