One such success story, here in Phelps County, NE, is Allmand Brothers. Founded back in 1938, the company now manufactures lighting that improves the safety and security of construction worksites, and through the decades it has consistently grown and prospered. Most recently, Allmand was purchased by the Briggs&Stratton company.
